Carla had a great HJ pb, shot pb and 800 kick in the pentathlon to take gold.
Eilish got a Meet Record in the shot.
Our 4x400 relay teams were awesome, faster than last years 15yr provincial teams at legions.
Both within a second of meet records. Katie was part of the girls 4x4 to make it 2 gold and 1 silver.
Elliot Stewart had pb's in both hurdles, earning silver in 300H. Deon pushed the pace in the 3000M to a negative split because he knew he couldn't sprint well, it paid off with Silver.
Jake ran a solid steeple over 36" barriers to earn bronze. All the boys were suprised at the start. To learn of the 36" standard, which seems silly when the 300 hurdles are only 33".
