2007 Cross Country Schedule
Events with a * are part of the JD series - there are 5 races, points need to be scored in 3 races to be scored in the series but it is fine to run as few or as many as you like. Distances will be posted once those are available, but for most of the JD races the distances are 2-3 km. Ages above JD have an additional 3 races in the series - points must be scored in 4 of the 7 races to be counted in the series.

Oct. 20, Ocean Athletics/Semiahmoo Sun Runners co sponsored event at Crescent Park*
Oct. 21, Orienteering Event at Watershed Park hosted by Greater Vancouver Orienteering Club and Ocean Athletics. All ages are welcome. http://www.orienteeringbc.ca/gvoc Details coming soon.

Sat. Dec 1, Jericho Gunner Shaw - Lions Gate Road Runners
Sun Dec. 9, Watershed Park - Peninsula Runners
Non-competitive members must submit an entry fee with registration. Fees for JD's are $7 per event.
